Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for global market disruption forecasting
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging technology adoption readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage innovation sprints with venture-backed startups and academic partners
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives for future-ready workforce development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Systems Thinking
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future strategy implementation success
