Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends to map 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prototype future-proof business models
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Establish global networks of futurists, academics, and policymakers for trend validation
- Present strategic briefings to boards and investors on long-term competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and strategic forecasting tools
