Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic roadmaps by synthesizing global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce proprietary foresight frameworks and predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic vision at international forums and publish white papers on industry evolution
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise product development teams on 5-10 year innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate foresight, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on long-term planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and sustainability domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of published foresight work
- Mastery of strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
