Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Author white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Design innovation incubators for emerging markets and climate-resilient business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces and autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of innovation thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategies for complex organizations
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
