Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web4.0) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through horizon scanning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future societal shifts and regulatory evolutions
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, human-AI collaboration, and sustainable innovation
- Advise executive leadership on long-term R&D investments and M&A opportunities in emerging sectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFSD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses or strategic frameworks
