Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends to map 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for disruptive innovations in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight frameworks into R&D pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on future-facing market opportunities
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation protocols for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and global forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent training
