Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and stakeholder objectives
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
