Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our codebase, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
- Engage in a comprehensive 12-month rotational training program tailored to your technical interests.
- Innovate and prototype new features leveraging AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Present project milestones and technical findings to leadership at the conclusion of each rotation.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric products.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
