Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex system issues.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Engage in mentorship programs and technical workshops tailored specifically for the 2026 cohort.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Graduating in Spring 2026).
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and an insatiable growth mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work seamlessly in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
