We are looking for a visionary 2026 Roadmap Strategist to lead our strategic planning division. In this high-impact role, you will define the technological milestones and product roadmaps that will define our company's trajectory through 2026 and beyond. You will work closely with C-suite executives to align innovation with business goals, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive threats relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to prioritize features and deliverables that drive the 2026 vision.
- Present quarterly progress updates to stakeholders, demonstrating the viability of the 2026 strategic plan and adjusting course as necessary.
- Oversee the integration of AI and automation strategies to ensure a competitive advantage by 2026.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for the upcoming strategic years.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and future technology trends.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
