Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 8+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations
