Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of the company's 'Project 2026' long-term strategic roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and new revenue streams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align 2026 initiatives with current operational capabilities.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and investment proposals to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of future-focused initiatives.
- Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with industry leaders to accelerate our 2026 vision.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of strategy analysts and innovation specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field (MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling products or launching initiatives in fast-paced tech environments.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends such as AI, Web3, and spatial computing.
