Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Identify and mitigate ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives aligned with UN SDGs
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futurism, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in innovation leadership with proven 2020s tech disruption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to market adoption
- Advanced knowledge of ethical tech frameworks and governance
- Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification in Futurist or Technology Strategy preferred
