- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
