Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Futuristics
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech to market
- Expertise in ethical AI development and deployment
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, blockchain, and decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (preferred)
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR/STTR)
