Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and launch next-generation digital products
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation KPIs and ROI analysis for future-focused projects
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team of 8-10 specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in product strategy, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR) and future forecasting methodologies
- Strategic MBA or equivalent advanced degree in technology/business
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in innovation budgeting
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
