Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in emerging tech domains
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence for competitive advantage
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present annual innovation strategies to the board and investor consortium
- Mentor junior futurists in technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futurism, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive technologies post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Security clearance or background in defense/aerospace innovation programs
