- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to align vision with execution
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Build and nurture external partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Measure and optimize innovation ROI using advanced analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technical consulting
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) a plus
