Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Create innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 deliverables
- Monitor global disruptors and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
