Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging tech trends post-2025

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in quantum, biotech, and climate tech
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through data-driven innovation proposals
- Mentor junior researchers in patent development and commercialization pathways
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or global innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Julia preferred)
