Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and prototype cutting-edge solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Drive innovation governance frameworks and stage-gate processes for new ventures
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for strategic initiatives
- Measure and report innovation KPIs, ROI, and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, academia, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful products or ventures in emerging markets
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives and thought leadership
