Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap spanning AI, IoT, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional squads in prototyping next-gen solutions with agile methodologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with VPs of Product and Engineering to align innovation with business KPIs
- Present disruption strategies to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products valued at $50M+
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or space tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable tech innovations from concept to market
- Experience with patent strategy and IP monetization in tech sectors
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape and regulatory landscapes
