- Develop innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and industry transformation

- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech advancements and competitive landscapes
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
