Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging 2026 tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate technical innovation into market-ready solutions
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Build and lead high-performance multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products leveraging quantum/neural tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech venture valuation and investment analysis
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology journals/conferences
- Certification in Future Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
