Responsibilities

- Translate future trends into actionable R&D initiatives and product prototypes

- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and venture partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum/AI/bio-tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
