- Mentor a team of 10+ engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or carbon capture
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
