- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and investor relations
- Drive patent development for proprietary IP in future-facing domains

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Executive experience managing $10M+ innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in future tech (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
