Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions for future markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment
- Present innovation visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and anticipate paradigm shifts affecting 2026 landscapes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing projects
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/Master's preferred) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating visionary thinking and execution of futuristic initiatives
