Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation pipeline, aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, quantum engineers, and sustainability specialists
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market-readiness potential
- Develop patent-protected solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureForward Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading R&D initiatives in quantum/AI/sustainability domains
- Published research in Nature/Science with 2026-relevant applications
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF/NASA/EU Horizon
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
