Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology adoption across all product lines
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services with global impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology ethics
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
