Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, prioritizing moonshot projects with $50M+ market potential
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, AI ethicists, and sustainability engineers to deliver prototype innovations
- Secure strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and top-tier academic institutions for cutting-edge R&D
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through agile development and rapid prototyping cycles
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners securing $10M+ funding rounds
- Establish industry-wide standards for ethical AI deployment and quantum computing governance
- Mentor a cohort of 10+ specialists in emerging technologies through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategic roles
- Proven track record delivering market-defining technologies (e.g., scaled quantum systems, AGI frameworks)
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science
- Deep expertise in emerging tech stacks: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized AI
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with Fortune 500 boardroom experience
- Patents in at least two core innovation domains (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
