Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives for 2026+ technologies including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and immersive XR experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats in global technology markets
- Develop and execute R&D roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists through product development lifecycles
- Secure intellectual property and establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining digital products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L for large-scale projects
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic institutions
- Fluency in data visualization tools and innovation management platforms
