Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or technology strategy with proven 2026+ tech roadmap experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations with $10M+ impact
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong network with venture capital and academic research institutions
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
