Responsibilities

- Establish KPIs for measuring impact on sustainability, efficiency, and human wellbeing
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to co-create next-generation products
- Present quarterly progress to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M annual R&D budget with rigorous ROI analysis
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with measurable disruptive outcomes
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable systems
- Published author in innovation journals or patent holder in emerging tech
- Experience securing >$10M in venture or corporate funding
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
