- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market deployment for 2026-forward initiatives

- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong leadership with ability to inspire diverse, high-performing teams
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends preferred
