Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor junior talent in foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
