Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for next-generation proprietary technologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CSO, WFS) or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in future technology journals or platforms
