Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Develop patent-pending solutions for emerging challenges in autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on forward-looking initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects in next-generation development methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 applicability
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in future-tech or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and federated learning systems
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year tech roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (NHTSA, FAA)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
