Responsibilities
- Architect and lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration (quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces)
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to design next-generation smart city infrastructure
- Lead innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams (AI, biotech, materials science)
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposal development
- Patent breakthrough technologies and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 5+ years leading disruptive tech projects at FAANG or similar scale
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier scientific/tech journals
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex modeling
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented innovations
