Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive long-term strategic roadmap that aligns technology capabilities with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to predict market shifts.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the 'Future Labs' initiative, prototyping concepts for the 2026 timeframe.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to prioritize initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to maintain our market leadership.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
