Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Project, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating cutting-edge AI and predictive modeling to solve complex, future-facing problems.
- Oversee the architecture and deployment of scalable infrastructure designed to withstand the demands of the mid-2020s.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and market analysis to identify emerging trends that will define the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate futuristic visions into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure data security, ethical AI compliance, and sustainability standards within all 2026 project deliverables.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the 2026 vision, communicating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives with a specific focus on future readiness.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Quantum Computing readiness, and IoT ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and prepare organizational infrastructure accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a high-growth environment.
