Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of holistic AI and quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications.
- Future Roadmap Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (2026+ trends) and integrate them into our core product roadmap.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product managers.
- R&D Management: Lead experimental projects in Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and High-Performance Computing.
- System Optimization: Ensure systems are resilient, secure, and optimized for high-throughput data processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams and leading large-scale projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Quantum SDKs.
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to foresee industry trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
