Responsibilities
- Architect and lead development of next-gen AI/quantum computing systems for 2026 product roadmap
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers in agile sprints
- Translate futuristic concepts into scalable technical blueprints and MVP prototypes
- Collaborate with strategy team to identify emerging tech opportunities and market disruptors
- Present technical visions to executive stakeholders and investor partners
- Drive innovation through hackathons, patent submissions, and industry conference leadership
- Maintain compliance with emerging tech ethics frameworks and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI, quantum, or emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record shipping futuristic products (quantum computing, AGI, or biotech preferred)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience with remote-first global team management
