- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation ecosystem within the organization
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech deployment timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
