Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-tech) into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and executive presentations on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to co-innovate for 2026 solutions
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to identify breakthrough opportunities aligned with 2026 market needs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, and sustainable systems
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy (articles, white papers)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) or relevant technology domain expertise
