- Advise executive leadership on technology investment priorities and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with future market needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for trend scouting
- Mentor junior analysts in future methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting (e.g., CFS)
