Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in tech innovation grants
- Proficiency in forecasting tech adoption curves for 2026-2030
- Portfolio of deployed systems influencing >1M users
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
