Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning for 2026+ technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefs for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on future-of-work transformations
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors (quantum, bio-convergence, AI ethics)
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing strategies
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or Systems Engineering
- Published work on 2025+ technology adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of Web3, climate tech, and neurotech trajectories
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 executives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
