- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to incubate emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team with expertise in technology convergence scenarios
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurism, emerging tech, or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and technology convergence analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 companies
