- Develop future scenario models using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Present foresight insights to executive boards and investor forums
- Partner with academic institutions and government bodies on future policy frameworks
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' innovation symposiums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech innovation
